Dear candidates, the AFCAT Result 01/2018 will be declared in the month of May/June 2018 to fill Flying Officers and Ground Staff (Technical and Non-technical) staff. The Indian Air Force Recruitment Board will upload AFCAT Merit List at the official website of the department. Those applicants, who had appeared in the written test/PFT followed by an interview, may check the AFCAT Cut off Marks by visiting the IAF site. The written examination was conducted on 25th February 2018.

Air Force Common Admission Test Result & Recruitment Details-

The AFCAT January 2019 Course Indian Air Force Recruitment Notification was introduced in the month of January for granting of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Flying Branches and Permanent Commission in Ground Duty (Technical and Non-technical) Branches. The concerned department had also invited applications for granting in Permanent Commission and SSC through National Cadet Corps (NCC) special entry and Meteorology Entry. A plenty number of eligible contenders had applied by 14th January 2018 and appeared in the selection process conducted by IAF.

Salary Details

The candidates, who will be selected for Flying Officers post, will get Rs. 56100 – Rs. 110700 plus MSP Rs. 15500 per month as a salary.

How to prepare for written examination

AFCAT Training

  1. The training for selected candidates on the Flying Officers post will start in the first week of January 2019 for all courses at Air Force Academy Dundigal (Hyderabad).
  2. The selected contenders on the posts of Flying Officers and Ground Duty (Technical) will have to undergo 74 weeks basic training.
  3. Ground Duty (Non-technical) Branches basic training is 52 weeks.
  4. Candidates PAN Card, Aadhaar card and SBI account is necessary at the time of joining. Result of 01/2018
